Warranty Policy

All product sold or serviced by CASP Aerospace Inc. has been carefully inspected and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use and service.

CASP Aerospace Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to, at the option of CASP Aerospace Inc., the no charge replacement or repair of any product returned within one (1) year of delivery to the Buyer, that upon inspection by CASP Aerospace Inc. is found to be defective with respect to workmanship or materials. For equipment serviced by CASP Aerospace Inc., this warranty covers only those components that were replaced at the time the equipment was serviced. This warranty does not extend to any product or part thereof which has been installed, operated, maintained, repaired, altered or stored improperly or otherwise than in conformity with the manufacturer’s applicable instructions, or to product that has been subject to misuse, accident or neglect, nor does this warranty apply to normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the product. Any unauthorized attempt to repair a product, or evidence of tampering or removal of seals or safety wiring will void this warranty.

No damages or charges for labor and expenses in making repairs in the field will be allowed unless authorized in writing by CASP Aerospace Inc. prior to such action. Product shipped to CASP Aerospace Inc. for warranty consideration must be shipped with all transportation and customs charges prepaid unless written authorization and shipping instructions to the contrary have been provided by CASP Aerospace Inc. CASP Aerospace Inc. assumes no liability for expenses related to unauthorized collect shipments or expenses related to the use of an unauthorized shipping method. Drop shipments from the Buyer’s customer direct to CASP Aerospace Inc. must be approved in writing by CASP Aerospace Inc. prior to the shipment of the product.

If upon inspection and evaluation of a product returned for warranty consideration, it is found that the warranty claim is unjustified or that the warranty is not applicable, an inspection and handling charge as well as all transportation related expenses will be applied to the Buyer’s account.

Except as expressly provided above, no warranty is given with respect to the products covered hereby. CASP Aerospace Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. In no event shall CASP Aerospace Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, and the maximum liability of CASP Aerospace Inc. hereunder shall be limited to the original purchase price for the product in question.
